Just like the other review. Safety 1st does not provide the correct combination of mounting bolts, for the mounting patterns. This device does NOT follow the VESA standard. It looks like it would be a good device if only they thought to actually make it work. To repeat: it DOES NOT follow the VESA standard. If it works for your TV you are one of the lucky ones. I can also tell you it will NOT work for a 2009 model Panasonic 42" plasma. Extremely dissapponting since they advertised it fits VESA devices. I would not purchase this item until Safety 1st corrects the design. (It wouldn't be hard. Just allow use of the larger bolts on the narrower pattern.)

Review : Bought it for the Raspberry Pi and it works great for a cheap monitor.
Works for the Raspberry Pi composite cable video out. I cut the wiring harness down because the cable that comes with it is so long that it was out of control. I now run the monitor off of an old 12V wifi router power plug, and both the raspberry pi and the monitor fit into a pelican case for easy transport and usage. The actual area you get to work with on the screen is limited, but what do you expect for under $40 bucks.

Review : Best I've seen for the money
This mount is about the best I have seen yet. Looking locally, I couldn't find anything for less than $60 -$80 (even walmart). This came home for about $25. It mounts easily, comes with all hardware, it is black, just like the TV I mounted and the cables I strap to it to get them out of the way. The swing is very smooth, there is very little rock (side-to-side). The tilt (pitch) is very sturdy but adjustble. I don't have a single complaint about this unit.

*UPDATE 11-10-11* Apparently the design and sale of this mount has changed since my original review. It's now easier to install, and comes with an HDMI cable and level. Otherwise, most of my review still stands.

I was planning to make my own TV mount because all the affordable ones were so cheaply made. That was until I stumbled on this one for $25.

Wow, was I surprised when it arrived! Very nicely double-boxed and packaged extremely well. Then the construction is quality all the way, right down to the chrome-plated nuts, screws and bushings. This mount was manufactured and boxed as if it were a high-dollar item.

It only took about 15 minutes to have my 37" LG firmly hanging on the wall. Oh, and I did it all by myself.

I can't comment on the mount-to-TV screws because my LG already provided them. And I did use my own 5/16" flat washers on 2 of the lag screws since none were included, but that's just my preference.
